I like how deceptively charming she looks--I can definitely imagine her like this one minute and slashing people up with her cutlass the next.
As to what could be fixed...I think her nose looks a little flat compared to the rest of her face? That might be partly a stylistic thing though. Also, her neck could be a little thinner, or at least the left side (viewer's left) could be angled a little differently. For some reason in cartoony art necks look weird if you draw them at a realistic width--a little narrower than the head works better.
