A Forever Summer

percy wasted time with me today

at least that is what annabeth said

but she was smiling so probably it does not count

we saw central park

it was full of lots of different people and no monsters but plenty of birds instead

(not scary pigeons with bronze beaks)

we saw matt sloan in central park

he tried to hurt percy so i rolled him down a hill

with plenty of rocks and trash

and he shouted f*ck you retarded meathead

without the little star but i will not repeat it since the actual word is not polite

but percy just laughed and said lets go big guy

we had ice cream and burgers and cotton candy

i did not get sick

cyclopes have good digestion

i do not know about percy

mostly we ran around like happy crazy people

but the best part

was when

we were tired and lay in the grass in a quiet place

looked up at the sky

and i would have felt warm even without the sun shining

because someone very special to me was close enough to reach with my hand

it was a safe feeling

and a forever feeling

guess what is even better

what is even better is that

we get to do it all again tomorrow

and the tomorrow after that.
